Hiring for a role? Try a bot for its desk work first.

Role Bots by OshyLabs. Free during the pilot.

Paste the job ad. We set up a bot for the tasks it can actually do, list the ones it can't, and you approve everything before it goes anywhere.

How it works

1

Paste the job ad

Or describe the role in a few lines. We show what we found in the ad, what we guessed and what we need you to confirm.

2

See what it can take on

The bot splits the role into tasks it drafts now, tasks that need a connection we haven't built yet, and tasks that stay with a person.

3

Test it, then switch it on

You check its guesses, run a free test with no real actions, then switch it on and give it work.

4

You stay in charge

It drafts, you send. Anything that would leave the platform waits for a named person to approve it.

What works today

Any role's desk work

Drafts documents, emails and letters, spreadsheet rows, meeting summaries, CV and ticket triage, plans and weekly reports, for you to review and use.

Software engineering

Plans, code changes with tests and draft pull requests on GitHub after you approve them. It does not run code or tests yet.

Sending, after you approve

Connect your own email account and a draft goes out from your address, with a calendar invite if it is a meeting. Or post it to a Slack or Teams channel. Every message waits for an admin to approve the exact text and recipients.

Not built yet: reading your inbox, CRMs, applicant tracking and accounting systems. Tasks that need them are listed as "needs connector" so you know exactly where the line is.

Your data and costs

What it won't do

Make hiring decisions, give legal, medical or financial advice, do physical work, or send anything without your say-so.
