We get your MTD clients' records in before every quarterly deadline.
MTD records in. For accountancy practices in England with 1 to 10 staff and sole trader or landlord clients in Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.
Most MTD clients do not keep their records in bookkeeping software. They have photos, envelopes and bank statements, and your team chases them four times a year. I run that collection for you: reminders in your name, one upload link per client, every file read into a categorised CSV for Xero or QuickBooks, and a list of what is missing or unclear.
How the service works
Reminders
Each client gets a short email sequence in your practice's name before the quarter closes. You approve the wording. Replies go to you.
Upload link
One private link per client. It takes phone photos, PDFs and spreadsheets. No app to install and no account to create.
AI extraction
Every file is read into rows: date, supplier, amount, VAT and a suggested category. Unclear items are marked, not guessed.
Categorised CSV
One CSV per client in the import layout Xero or QuickBooks expects. You review it and import it. Nothing is posted to your ledger.
Exceptions list and dashboard
Missing, unreadable or duplicate items listed per client, and one view of who has sent records and who has not.
The next deadlines
Pricing
£300 setup
Once per practice. Reminder wording in your name, your client list loaded, upload links issued, CSV layout checked against your ledger.
£10 per client per quarter
Reminders, upload link, extraction, CSV and exceptions list for that client for that quarter. 25 client minimum, so a 25 client practice pays £250 a quarter.
A pilot runs for one quarter on your real clients. You keep the CSVs and exceptions lists whatever you decide afterwards.

Questions practices ask first
Where is our clients' data stored and how is it protected?
Uploads travel over HTTPS. Files and extracted records are stored in Supabase in a UK or EU region, confirmed in writing before the pilot starts. Supabase encrypts stored data at rest. Only your practice and Oshy Labs Ltd can see your records. Records are deleted 90 days after the quarter's deadline unless you ask for a different period.
Who is the controller?
Your practice is the controller. Oshy Labs Ltd is the processor and works under a written data processing agreement signed before any client data moves. Oshy Labs Ltd is registered with the ICO, reference C1892619. The privacy notice describes the processing.
What happens to paper records?
Clients photograph them and send them through their upload link. Unreadable photos go on the exceptions list with a request for a better one.
How does it fit Xero and QuickBooks?
You get one CSV per client in the layout Xero or QuickBooks expects, using your chart of accounts where you give us one. You review and import it.
What if a client never sends anything?
They stay on the dashboard as not received, with every reminder already sent listed, so your team knows who to ring.
Does the AI see the documents?
Yes, that is how the extraction works. Each file is sent to Anthropic's API to read the fields. Under its commercial terms the content is not used to train its models.
