Oshy Role Bots · Terms of Service · Privacy Notice · Data Processing Agreement · Subprocessors
Version 1.1 · Effective 4 November 2026
1.1 These terms are between OSHY LABS LTD (trading as Oshylabs), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 16883720 and registered office at 100 St Pier Court, 549 Green Street, London E13 9GU, United Kingdom ("Oshylabs", "we", "us"), and the business that creates a workspace or signs an order form for the service ("Customer", "you").
1.2 The person who accepts these terms confirms that they have authority to bind the Customer.
1.3 These terms, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), any order form and the documents they refer to form the whole agreement ("Agreement"). If they conflict, the order of priority is: order form, DPA (for personal data matters), these terms, other referenced documents.
2.1 The service is offered only to businesses, for business purposes. It is not offered to consumers. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer.
3.1 Oshy Role Bots is a web application. You paste a job ad or role brief, review what the platform understood, and receive a configured AI assistant for that role ("Bot"). A Bot drafts the digital work of the role for your team to review: documents, messages, spreadsheet rows, summaries, triage lists, plans and reports, and for software roles, technical plans, code patches with tests and pull-request descriptions.
3.2 The Bot produces drafts. It never sends an email, calendar invite or chat message on its own: if you connect your own email account or a Slack or Teams channel, a draft is sent only after an admin in your workspace approves that exact message (section 7). It does not publish content, read your inbox, make payments, run code, tests or builds, or deploy. It does not make hiring, employment, legal, medical or financial decisions. The product shows, for each role, which tasks the Bot drafts now, which need a connector that is not built yet, and which stay with a person.
3.3 Actions that leave the platform (for example sending an email from your account, posting to your Slack or Teams channel, or opening a draft pull request in your GitHub repository) happen only after a named admin or owner in your workspace approves that exact action (see section 7). Emails are sent from your own account through the mail server you connect, under your agreement with that provider.
3.4 Oshy Role Bots is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic or GitHub.
4.1 You create a workspace with an owner account. You may add members with one of these roles: viewer, operator, admin, owner.
4.2 You are responsible for:
4.3 The service does not currently offer single sign-on or multi-factor authentication. Members are invited by email and choose their own password (or an admin sets a first password). Anyone can reset a forgotten password by email. If you lose access to the owner's email account, contact support@oshylabs.eu; we will verify your identity before restoring access.
5.1 To use the Bot with a real AI model, you must add your own Anthropic API key, created in your own Anthropic account. Model access is not provided or resold by Oshylabs.
5.2 Your use of that key is governed by your own agreement with Anthropic (including Anthropic's Commercial Terms and Usage Policy). You are Anthropic's customer for that key. You are responsible for:
5.3 You must not add a key that belongs to another person or business, or share one key across unrelated businesses. Do not enter Claude.ai passwords, cookies or session tokens; the platform rejects them.
5.4 You authorise Oshylabs to store your key encrypted and to send requests to Anthropic using your key, only to provide the service to you.
5.5 Spend limits and usage figures in the product are estimates based on token counts and dated list prices. Your Anthropic invoice is the authoritative figure. Spend limits reduce, but do not guarantee against, unexpected charges. We also recommend setting a spend limit in your Anthropic account.
5.6 Oshylabs-managed model keys are not offered. If that changes, separate terms will apply.
6.1 You must use the service lawfully and in line with Anthropic's Usage Policy as it applies to your key. You must not use the service, or ask the Bot, to:
6.2 Content in job ads, documents and repositories is treated as untrusted. The platform may ignore or flag text that looks like instructions to the Bot.
7.1 Every external action the platform offers (sending an email or calendar invite, posting a chat message, opening a draft pull request) requires a human approval that is bound to the exact target and content. If the content changes, a new approval is needed.
7.2 You are responsible for any action you approve and for its results, including the content of messages and your right to contact the recipients (for example under marketing and privacy law). Before approving, the approver must review the exact recipients, target and content shown. Where a workspace has only one admin or owner, that person may approve their own request; the audit log records it.
7.3 Code changes are written only to new branches created by the platform. Merging, deploying or running any code is done by you, outside the service, under your own processes.
8.1 Outputs are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete, insecure or out of date. Do not rely on factual statements, figures, code, test results or recommendations from the Bot without independent verification by a suitably qualified person.
8.2 You must:
8.3 Except as stated in the Agreement, the service and outputs are provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
8.4 Outputs are generated per request. Similar outputs may be produced for other customers who make similar requests.
9.1 "Customer Content" means everything you or your users submit (job ads, company notes, documents, task requests, repository content read at task time) and the outputs the Bot generates for you.
9.2 As between you and Oshylabs, you own Customer Content, including outputs, to the extent the law allows.
9.3 You grant Oshylabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Content only to provide, secure and support the service for you, and as the DPA permits. We do not use Customer Content to train AI models. We may use aggregated counts (for example number of runs and estimated spend) that do not identify you or contain your content, to operate and improve the service.
9.4 Oshylabs owns the platform, its software, role templates and documentation, and any improvements to them. You may give feedback; we may use it without obligation to you.
10.1 You warrant that:
11.1 Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, use it only for the Agreement, and share it only with staff, contractors and advisers who need it and are bound by similar duties. Customer Content is your confidential information.
11.2 This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known to it, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law (with notice to the other party where lawful).
11.3 These duties continue for 5 years after the Agreement ends.
12.1 The service is free during the pilot. You pay Anthropic directly for model usage under your own key.
12.2 Paid plans after the pilot are agreed in an order form, which states the price, billing period, currency, payment terms and VAT. We will not charge you without a signed order form.
13.1 The service is a pilot. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn.
13.2 The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No service levels or uptime commitments apply unless an order form states otherwise. Support is by email at support@oshylabs.eu, best effort, with a reply within 2 working days (UK time).
13.3 The pilot lasts 90 days from the date you create your workspace, unless we agree otherwise. At the end you may sign an order form for a paid plan; otherwise we close the workspace after a 30-day export window.
14.1 We may suspend access to all or part of the service, with notice where reasonably possible, if:
14.2 You can pause any Bot or schedule at any time in the product.
15.1 The Agreement starts when you accept these terms and continues until ended under this section.
15.2 You may end the Agreement at any time by deleting your workspace or by notice to support@oshylabs.eu.
15.3 Either party may end the Agreement by notice if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of notice, or becomes insolvent. During the pilot, we may end the Agreement on 30 days' notice.
15.4 Export: the workspace owner can download a JSON export of workspace records (bots, versions, documents, outputs, backlog, approvals, usage and audit; no secrets) at any time before deletion.
15.5 Deletion: when the owner deletes the workspace, all workspace records are deleted immediately. Any copies in database backups are deleted when backup retention expires (no more than 30 days). Data held by Anthropic or GitHub under your own accounts is governed by your agreements with them. You should revoke and rotate your keys and tokens with those providers.
15.6 If we end the Agreement, we will give you 30 days to export before we delete your workspace, unless the law or a security risk prevents this.
15.7 Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 16 and 17 survive termination.
16.1 Nothing in the Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
16.2 Subject to 16.1, neither party is liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data (except our duty to restore from backup where available); or any indirect or consequential loss.
16.3 Subject to 16.1, Oshylabs is not liable for:
16.4 Subject to 16.1, each party's total liability under the Agreement in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees paid in the previous 12 months and GBP 1,000.
17.1 The Agreement and any dispute about it are governed by the law of England and Wales.
17.2 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
18.1 We may change these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the product. Changes do not apply retroactively.
18.2 If you do not agree to a change, you may end the Agreement before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
18.3 We may make changes without notice where required by law or by a provider, or to address a security risk. We will tell you as soon as practical.
19.1 Notices: to Oshylabs at support@oshylabs.eu; to you at the workspace owner's email.
19.2 Neither party may assign the Agreement without the other's consent, except Oshylabs may assign it to a successor of its business on notice.
19.3 Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
19.4 No third party has rights under the Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
19.5 If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement continues.
19.6 Our subprocessors are listed on the Subprocessors page.
