Client documents in, before the season.

Tax Season Ready. For independent CPA firms whose individual clients are executives, business owners, real estate investors and people with K-1s.

Every season your team chases organizers, 1099s, K-1s and signed engagement letters, client by client. I run that chase for you, in your firm's name, with wording you approve, and send you a weekly list of who is still missing what. No SSNs, and nothing touches your tax software or the IRS.

What the chase costs you

Worked example, not a measurementAbout 12 hours a season, and the extensions

25 clients, chased up to 3 times, at roughly 10 minutes to write, send and log each chase, is 12.5 hours before anyone reads a reply. The bigger cost is every organizer that arrives in April instead of January: an extension, a crammed week and a client who wonders why. Your real figure depends on your clients, which is what the readiness report shows.

The fix$750, fixed

A two week trial in January on up to 25 clients, run in your firm's name with wording you approve. No SSNs, no logins to your tax software, no subscription. You keep the tracker and the report whether or not you continue.

From your reply to a running chase

Day 0Reply or short callIs chasing your slow part?
Day 1Order and data termsOne page each, signed first
Day 2Your list and wordingNames, emails, what is missing
Day 3Chase 1 goes outIn your firm's name
Day 14Readiness reportYou decide what happens next

Typical timing. Each step waits for you, so it can be slower, never faster than your approvals.

How the trial works

1

Order and data agreement

A one page order and a written data processing agreement are signed before any client details move.

2

You choose the clients and approve the wording

You pick up to 25 individual clients and send a simple list of names, emails and what is missing. You edit and approve every message before the first send.

3

I run the chase for 14 days

Three emails per client, sent in your practice's name. Replies and uploads are logged. Any tax question from a client comes to you unanswered.

4

You get the readiness report

Who is complete, who is partial and what is missing, compared with your own last season. Then you decide whether to continue.
