One workflow, automated properly.

Workflow automation for independent accountancy practices and dental practices. UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

Most small practices lose time in the gaps between steps: the enquiry that waits for a reply, the consultation that is booked but not confirmed, the document checklist nobody chases. I map one of those workflows, show you where a small automation fits the systems you already use, and build it. No platform migration, no retainer.

What you get

1

A 60 to 90 minute discovery call

We walk through one workflow end to end, from the public trigger on your website to the handover inside your team.

2

A written workflow audit

An as-is map, the handoffs where things stall, the questions to verify before changing anything, a to-be map, and a fixed-scope quote for the implementation. Yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.

3

A contained implementation

One intake source, one destination, two or three simple automations, a human fallback at every step, tests, a handover, and 14 days of fixes.

Accountancy practices

Enquiry to consultation

Web form or booking link lands with an owner, gets a first reply inside your target time, and is confirmed in your calendar. Unassigned enquiries are flagged, not lost.

Engagement to documents

Engagement letter sent, secure document checklist issued, missing items chased on a schedule you set, and a clear stop when everything is in.

Fits what you run

Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext, Calendly, TaxDome, Karbon, IRIS and ordinary email. Nothing is replaced.

Audit from £400  Implementation typically £1,200 to £3,000, quoted after the audit. Local currency equivalents on request.

Dental practices

Request to confirmed appointment

Online requests, calls and booking widgets end up in one confirmed schedule, with a confirmation back to the patient and a flag for anything unconfirmed.

Cancellations, waitlist, recalls

A cancelled slot triggers the waitlist. Recalls go out on time. The front desk sees exceptions, not everything.

Patient data stays protected

Work happens only inside tools your practice already authorises, under a written data processing agreement, with HIPAA eligible services in the US and UK GDPR controls in the UK. No patient data is moved to unapproved tools.

Audit from £350  Implementation typically £900 to £2,400, quoted after the audit.
