03 / A note

I started this studio because I kept building things at night that solved problems I had during the day. ComplaintForge came from a heating failure. DBADocs came from watching small businesses pay solicitors for templates. GetSorted came from spending a weekend with HMRC.

Most agencies sell you their time. We sell you what we've already learned how to do. If we take you on, you're paying for a studio that has already shipped the hard version of your idea, in some shape, before.

We take three partner projects a year. Sometimes four. Never more.

The Sprint

Two weeks. One outcome. Fixed price.

You bring a brief. We come back in fourteen days with a working thing: a launched landing page, a built-and-shipped MVP feature, a fully migrated checkout, a redesigned onboarding flow. We don't ship slides.

The Build

Six to twelve weeks. Whole product, shipped.

For founders who have a real idea and want a studio to ship version one with them. You get our full stack (Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Claude API), our taste, and weekly demos. You own the code and the brand.

The Embed

Quarterly retainer. We act as your product team.

For founders who already have something live and need a sharper team than they can hire. We embed for a quarter, ship continuously, and step back when you're stable. No long contracts.

Prices are starting points. If your brief is smaller, simpler, or strange, write anyway. We negotiate when there's a reason to.

07 / Process

What working with us looks like.

  1. 01

    We talk for thirty minutes.

    You explain the problem. We tell you whether we can help. If we can't, we say who can.

  2. 02

    We send a one-page brief.

    Scope, deliverables, price, timeline. Either you sign it or you don't. We don't do follow-ups.

  3. 03

    We ship every Friday.

    You see what's built each week. You can stop at the end of any week with no penalty.

  4. 04

    We hand it over and step back.

    Code, brand, content, accounts. All yours. We answer questions for thirty days.

What we don't do.

We don't pitch.

We don't subcontract.

We don't take a brief we can't make great.
